[FFe] Add ubuntu-filemanager-app to default unity8 experience

Ubuntu-filemanager-app is a new package present already on overlay ppa and we would like to have it as part of the unity8 experience.

Adding ubuntu-filemanager-app adds:
- Unity8/Qt/Ui Toolkit - native file manager app
- Allow users to export/import files from other apps using content-hub. (File manager will appear in content-hub list as option)

As far as I can see this will mean that you have a "File Manager" in Unity 7's dash, in addition to "Files" (nautilus). Is that right?

If so, please could you fix that?

We need to add to the desktop file
OnlyShowIn=Unity8

We made the fix to hide the ubuntu-filemanager-app in unity7. It's published from
https://bileto.ubuntu.com/#/active?search=2695 and sitting in the Zesty NEW queue awaiting approval.
