Bug Description
Currently PageStack is used along with custom logic to display the folder sidebar. This has a few drawbacks:
. The sizing is different to other apps.
. The sidebar can't be resized.
. There's one wide header rather than two, one for each column.
. This caused bug 1588252.
I'd like to propose moving to AdaptivePageLayout.
