file manager needs password to access SD card

Bug Description

Launch "File manager".

Go to "places" and open the SD card.
You get 0 files and you need to go to the "tools" menu to unlock it and get you files....

This incoherent with Music/Gallery/Doc viewer/.... which access to the SD content without asking any other authentication.

It looks like you've reported this issue against the wrong project.
For this reason, I'm going to mark it as invalid for ubuntu-docviewer-app, and mark ubuntu-filemanager-app project as affected.

This bug appears when unlock security code is set. If device unlock is set to swipe, "File manager" can access SD card without any problem.
