Does not appear in Open With for web browser downloading zip files

Bug Description
If one attempts to download a zip file in the web browser on the phone, the browser will show an "Open With" window with those apps capable of handling zip files (likely none). The File Manager can open zip files, and so should appear in this window; it does not, and so the browser will not download the file, meaning that it's not possible to download zip files even though the File Manager could open them if they were downloaded.

Please fix it, I can't download any file.
I found out about a workaround in launchpad/Dekko (mail client).
It's an ugly hack but you can open the file with any supported application and then get it back in /home/phablet/
Works for me for .pdf and docviewer, and might do so with other content types (and other apps).
Still it would be better if File Manager could declare itself as a destination in content-hub
for all files.

There should be an option to download even if nothing is associated to it. That way we can download bizarre extensions (say .vhdl) and then edit them with whatever (vim).
