Popup dialogs should not be anchored at the top of the screen

When showing popups on the app, they are anchored at the top of the screen, which obscures a great part of the UI and looks a bit clunky - see attached screenshot. It might be worth centering the popup to the middle of the srceen.

Regardless of that, popups are not a pattern that is used in any of the other core apps, if I recall correctly. For consistency sake, I would suggest to use an alternative that is inline with the rest of the apps in the system (e.g. opening a page).
