Bug Description
When the toolbar is open, clicking results in the click being recognized as if it were lower than where the mouse was clicked. This doesn't happen when the toolbar is closed.
Example: File Manager
Device: Nexus 4

In the home folder of file manager, when you select a folder, the folder below opens. E.g. select Documents and Downloads will open. Select Downloads and Music will open.

Did this happen while the toolbar was opened or closed? I think this is a SDK bug in the toolbar that causes clicks to be offset when the toolbar is open. Can you check to see if this bug occurs when the toolbar is open but doesn't happen when it is closed?
