Prepare banner for the approval

Since we are applying for approval and we have a good chance I suggest we create a banner for this special occasion.

I think the design has a lot of unsed space. Can we reduce it's height ?

i am designing based on the official facebook cover size (850x315). I don't really like the design very much and i will work on making another versions or ideas.

and take into considerations that if used as facebook page cover, the bottom left will be filled with the page profile picture. Just Like so
