I read
https://developer.ubuntu.com/api/apps/qml/sdk-15.04/Ubuntu.DownloadManager.SingleDownload/ and .DownloadManager/. None of those document that there's 'finished(path)' signal. Downloading files without knowing where they're saved is pretty useless :) This signal (and property, if there's one) should be documented.

This bug has been fixed. Looking at https://developer.ubuntu.com/api/apps/qml/sdk-15.04.1/Ubuntu.DownloadManager.SingleDownload/ I do see finished(QString path) signal mentioned in the documentation. Marking as Fix Released.
