Bug Description
Before downloading anything, we should check if after the download the amount of disk space left would fall below a certain "safe" threshold, and refuse the download in such a case.
To make things ever safer, during the download we should also check if other operations are filling up the disk space (e.g. recording a video) and abort the download as soon as we go below the safe threshold.
