Bug Description
Please expose to QML an API to allow file uploads. One use case is for writing clients for services like ownCloud or DropBox.

It would be good if we could make arbitrary POST/PUT requests here. That would allow, for example, a Twitter client to kick off a POST request to send a tweet and not have that request be aborted if the app is switched away from.
