Allow users to save imported documents in the SD card

Bug Description
At the moment all the imported documents are saved in $HOME/Documents.
For a better usage of the storage, we should allow users to save files also in $SD_CARD/Documents (when an external media is available).
BLOCKED:
- Needs design (Should we ask at any import, or just provide a default behaviour - editable from a settings page?)
- Needs informations on the platform status (i.e. content-hub, default apps that uses content-hub)

For the same rason, it's no posible to use when the User document folder is a soft link to a folder in th sd card
