[pdfView] show/hide page header on tap

Bug Description
Default behaviour of Ubuntu headers is:
* show on scrolling up
* hide on scrolling down
This behaviour is not the best for document viewer purposes.
It should be overwritten, as follows:
* show on tapping document canvas
* hide on document canvas
* when the page is shown for the first time, show header.
* when user flicks the canvas, hide the header
