Bug Description
When user zooms the view, the UI is not much responsive.
This happens because cacheBuffer property depends on the current zoom value: this causes the VerticalView to update the status of delegates every time pinch.onPinchUp
Desired solution:
cacheBuffer value of VerticalView should be updated only when pinch.onPinchFi
