Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to wiki page https:/
2. Learn that page does not contain relevant info about becoming maintainer, see link about suggested page.
2. Click link to suggested page to learn about becoming a package maintainer
Expected Behavior: A page with information about how to become a dev or maintainer.
Actual Behavior: 404 page

Please note that ubuntu-docs is a project for maintaining the official Ubuntu Desktop Guide, so I marked your bug as invalid.
OTOH it's easy to fix the broken link, so I just did (I think - I was met by some kind of proxy error message).
