Does not mention the change in juju command to 'juju-1' on Ubuntu 16.04

This seems to be due to juju-2.0 soon to be released perhaps? May not be necessary by the time this bug is addressed.

However, this is not really an ubuntu-docs bug. We do link to the Juju docs from <https://help.ubuntu.com>, but issues about the contents of the Juju docs should be reported at <https://github.com/CanonicalLtd/jujucharms.com/issues>.
