Bug Description

At a few spots in the wiki for the Documentation Team, for instance at

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocumentationTeam/SystemDocumentation/Submitting

you are advised to issue the "bzr update" command to update your working tree before committing changes. The question has been raised if "bzr pull" could/should be used instead.

Before making changes to the wiki, there is a need to investigate this further.
