Bug Description

From an e-mail:

I noted that there's a couple of places where "Windows Live" is still
mentioned, that should probably be changed in the source as Microsoft
has discontinued WL in favour of its integrated Outlook.com services and
Skype.

References (I don't know if this is all of them):

accounts-provider-not-available.page:38:

Windows Live

accounts-which-application.page:54:
With Windows Live, Facebook or Twitter accounts

documents-view.page:37: documents to appear, it is necessary to configure Google or Windows Live,
net-chat-empathy.page:24: with friends and colleagues who use Google Talk, AIM, Windows Live and many

Since we are past documentation string freeze for 13.10, this will be dealt with for 14.04.

I gave exact file and line number references into he DeskTop help master files. setting to confirmed, because I should have set that in the first place as I entered this from an e-mail thread.

While I'm certainly no expert on Windows live and the many services Microsoft provides, I did find this reference regarding the current service status:

If we need to patch the account.xxx.page files, its a pretty simple change, once we know what to chang it too.

will keep this one on a watch list.
