In Intrepid 'System → Administration → Network' does not exist.

Thanks for reporting this, there's always one that slips through. I'll patch for Jaunty because most sections refer to the new NM location (in the system tray).

Addressed along with about a bazillion other bugs in the latest version of the Internet documentation. Removal of default applications post release - don't you just love it?
