nvu (NVU Web Authoring System) no longer available in the repositories

NVU is no longer in the repositories as of Fiesty, the last time it was in the repos was in edgy but it is listed here.

Nvu -> KomPozer. The main Nvu dev went over to Mozilla to work on their Composer 2.0 project, so people decided to take the last Nvu snapshot and create KomPozer (hehe). If KomPozer gets packaged and into the repos, then you could literally do a :%s/Nvu/KomPozer/ pretty much.
