Bug Description

Unable to install 24.04 on external usb drive (Crucial BX300), installation interrupts with "Something went wrong".
Desktop is 16 core AMD Ryzen 9 3950X (SMT disabled), Gigabyte B550I Aorus Pro AX 1.3 motherboard, Nvidia Quadro P400 video.
Installation logs attached.

Btw when I tried to install on internal SSD as far as I remember it did install but didn't boot up at all.
