Duplicate names on credits list

Bug Description
When I click "About"->"Credits" in my Accomplishments Viewer, I saw some duplicate names in the list.
The two obvious cases were:
1. Jose Antonio Rey appeared two times in the Community Accomplishments.
2. s.fox and Silver Fox both appeared in the Community and Desktop Accomplishments. s.fox and Silver Fox is the same guy, right?
