Test page prints OK, but apps can't find printer Ubuntu 20.04

Bug Description
I have Ubuntu 20.04 and my printer stopped working. I don't print often, but it worked a few months ago. The test page from: System-
I use the MATE desktop.
System-
Test page prints OK
2020 Nov 04 testing:
Xemacs - many blank pages. Job not in queue.
Firefox - many blank pages. Job not in queue. Firefox worked in September.
LibraOffice - many blank pages. Job not in queue.
Thunderbird - many blank pages. Job not in queue.
Brave Browser (based on Chromium) - Printer was not on the list of available printers!
The Destination printer is only "Save as PDF" Clicking "See More ..."
searches for a little while and finds nothing.
Chromium. Printer was not on the list of available printers! Behaves just like Brave.
2020 Nov 09 testing:
Firefox - lists the printer three times! (Note my computer name is ceres)

last week, I'm pretty sure I only tried the first printer in the list.
LibraOffice - job in queue but labeled Held. I selected "Release". No effect. I selected "Release"
again. This time it printed! Queue labled: "printer error" while processing.
Thunderbird - lists the same three printers as Firefox.

The Affects is NOT CORRECT! Somehow I accidentally selected subiquity when I created this bug. hat is wrong! Affects should be: linux (Ubuntu). I tried to change it to: linux (Ubuntu), but that option does not show up as an option to be selected. Maybe some one can tell me how to change the Affects.
