Use the Ubuntu font from the google font directory

I spoke with yaili about this and this was her response:

...maybe a nice to have as it will mean more people will access the correct font. On our sites I think we're using the Webfont Loader though, not the code that is shown on the bug.

added this to the new branch, and yes linking to the style its more preferment like the code propsed in the the initial report not the google font loader, as stated on per the google font loader page, this will be merged in soon with the new templates
