[Online Results] Provide a way for app-developers to contact the tester

Bug Description

Many times, I have noticed that the comments submitted when the test failed is incomplete/inadequate. In those times, app-developers would like to contact the tester. Considering that testers submit results by first logging in, this info must be available.

We definitely have email and id. I'm thinking we avoid the need for any login, and simply use the launchpad id everywhere. It does make things NOT anonymous, but also allows you to contact testers for follow-up, as well as allowing testers to see there own results. If we ever wanted to give some stats for testers (who's run the most tests, etc), we'll need an identifier anyway.
