Bug Description
In third paragraph of the preamble of CoC [1]:
> That collaboration depends on good relationships between developers.
> To this end, we've agreed on the following code of conduct to help define
> the ways that we think collaboration and cooperation should work.
I think that its 'developer' means "community member", and it contains
"normal user" who is beginner, questioner, etc...
If so, its word should be replaced by 'members'.
