Bug Description
In the code of conduct under the subsection, Support For Delegation is Measured, the sentences about communities is a bit confusing. Instead of writing, "That Council or its delegated representative will arbitrate in any dispute," the sentence should start off with the name of the council: the Community Council. This way it avoids confusion to other councils.
