The "Be Respectful" part and the "Take Responsibility for our words and actions" seem redundant

I think the "Be Respectful" section would well work alone. They repeat the same message of "if we harm others, we'll take responsibility ourselves to fix the issue." "We work together to resolve conflict, assume good intentions and do our best to act in an empathic fashion," for example.
