Bug Description

Nexus4- bq-aquarius rc v69 DualBoot with Android
The alarm function has fails to sound randomly.
"Alarm Stops after" 60 minutes
"Snooze" 2 minutes
Vibrate is ON
Alarm Volume is highest.
Repeatable alarm set at 5:10.
-----------------------
Randomly no alarm is sounded or vibration performed.
Sometimes it sounds at 5:11 or 5:13
The alarms page shows the correct time till alarm (at least now).
No change in the alarms setup was performed beforehand as
this is my normal weekday wakeup.
The phone clock is set to automatic updates but the time was correct so I do not think it was updated.
It seems that Telegram message sends/replies are not delivered in a timely manner which would suggest a system period time problem.
I use Android for driving as my two Bluetooth hands free devices do not work currently with touch. I switched back to Android in the afternoon at least 12 hours before the wakeup alarm. I do not remember if the previous times it failed to alarm was after Android too.
In order to use Ubuntu touch it must have a reliable alarm we all agree.
I have resorted to setting an old alarm clock which I forgot last night.
Thanks
