Bug Description

Step by step:
1.Launch clock app in Apps scope.
2.Swipe up from the bottom to create a clock and check the performance.
3.Tap the menu bottom on top right corner and enter "Settings" interface,then do some actions in it and check the performance.
4.Switch between clock and timer icon in title and check the performance.
5.Enter the timer interface and tap "Start" icon ,then check the performance.

Expected result:
After step 2:The clock can be created normally.
After step 3 :The "Alarm volume","Alarm stops after","Snooze for","Vibration" options can operate normally.
After step 4: It can switch between clock and timer normally.
After step 5:The timer starts ticking off after tap "Start" icon.

Actual result:
After step 2:The clock cannot be created.
After step 3 :There is no response when doing actions in "Alarm volume","Alarm stops after","Snooze for","Vibration" option.
After step 4: It is hard to switch between clock and timer.
After step 5:There is no response after tap "Start" icon.

You're advised to either use the stable or rc-proposed channels. Devel channels are not supported.
