Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch to Russian/
2. Open clock
3. Press Add City
4. Scroll to reveal FastScroll on right side
Current:
4. Alphabet on right side is in latin (it is hardcoded) and it is not working.
Expected:
4. Alphabet on right side is localized and it navigate to correspond cities.
