Test Environment:
system-image-cli -i
current build number: 165
device name: krillin
channel: ubuntu-touch/devel-proposed/krillin.en
last update: 2015-08-03 06:11:14
version version: 165
version ubuntu: 20150802
version device: 20150716-fb60d96
version custom: 20150717-820-30-25-vivid

Step to reproduce:
1.Navigate to apps scope
2.Tap on the clock app
3.Accept location request
4.Click on add a city
5.Select a city and add
6.Close app
7.Open system settings → Languages & text → Display....
8.Change to another display language and the phone reboots
9.Open clock app again

Actual result:
The added city in clock app isn´t translated to current display language

Expected result:
It should be translated to current display language

Thanks for reporting this bug. It has been reported before at bug 1477492 and is being looked into now. This bug is a clock app release blocker and will be our priority to fix it asap.
