Bug Description
There should be an option in sound settings to choose a custom rintone or music file from my library.

Custom alarm sounds can currently be previewed/selected when creating/editing alarms.
RE:Original suggestion
If feasible, selection of custom alarms sounds should be handled via the Content Hub:
1. User creates/ edits alarm
2. User taps/selects the 'sound' field.
3. User taps/selects 'custom sound' (which would be placed at the top of the list)
4. Content Hub is opened, through which user can locate and select their custom sound.

It would be a good start to at least be able to chose an alarm sound from the default ringtones/message tones.
