Bug Description
When having defined a new alarm at 8:00 with the switch back to the overview of all defined alarms the new one changes to 6:00. Seems that the diffenece between UTC and local time is subtracted.
Beside that it's really hard to set a time, because every time you stop the hour wheel, it goes back two hours. If you want to set 8 in the hour you have to stop at 10 for that reason. So together with the above error you have to stop the hour wheel 4 hours ahead the time you really want.
Additionally each movement to the minute wheel also slightly moves the hour wheel. Thus you first have to set the minute and afterwards the hour - very unhandy ...

It's even worse - the phone shows alarm time 8:00 but rings at 9:00.
