Clock-App: Wrong time is displayed with digit display mode, if change timezone when app launched.

arale device, r180, ubuntu-
Steps
1. current timezone is GMT+0, in my case current time is 3:00 AM GMT+0
2. launch clock app, verify that analog clock, digit clock both dispalys 3:00 AM
3. tap on Settings, then "Change time and date", to enter "Time & Date"
4. change timezone to Beiijng (GMT+8)
5. swich back to clock app
==>
Analog clock displays correct time 11:00 AM
Digital clock displays wrong time 7:00 PM (extra 8 hours is added to 3:00AM)

it also influence the alarm,the alarm time does not accordance with the device time.
what's more it also affect the picture in photo scope, the display time don't accordance with the device time of it was took for krillin.
