Clock app should remember the app width and height in desktop mode

Bug Description

Desktop application like Gedit etc remember the application width and height between application restarts. Clock app should exhibit a similar behaviour. Currently it always defaults to a certain width and height.

Difficulty: EASY

---------- Desired solution --------------
This functionality can be easily achieved by using the statesaver feature offered by the Ubuntu SDK. Feel free to read up on to get an idea on how to implement this. The bug fix will be less than 4 lines of code.

As a bonus, you can add a little intelligence by checking if the application width and height is below a certain value and if true set it to default width and height. This is to avoid the clock app from starting with a really small height or width where it is barely useable.
