Initial jenkins autopilot test failures

While attempting to enable autopilot testing during continuous integration on the jenkins server, an test failure occurs:

Francis can you check if this is an issue in the jenkins machine since the tests pass on our local machines. This has been confirmed by me, riccardo and also nicholas skaags.

I believe this is a dependency issue and nik90 thinks he should be able to correct with some help today :-)
