[Clock app] [Visual design] Analog clock markers around 3,6,9,12 should be differentiated from others

Analog clock should provide a different clock marker for 3,6,9,12 for better readability and convenience. This requires design input, and hence marking incomplete until we receive that.

I think we should only use markers for the stopwatch and timer.
Let's do not worry about the convenience cause the digital clock is still there.
