Add an error check for calendar entries

If any of the required entries are not filled in, report the error to management.

Required:
Title
Location != #ubuntu-classroom
Instructor

Check for classes within the next 72 hours?

I'm not sure if this really should be done by ClassBot. The calendar can be used for classes outside of #ubuntu-classroom (which is why classbot ignores events that don't have #ubuntu-classroom in the location). It might be better to keep this as a separate script that the classroom management team can run to verify that all events they have added were done correct. What do you think about this?

Maybe something like:

For each class in classroom if instructor is not set show an error
