Bug Description

The CI Train uses a bot to perform copies from PPAs. When the asynchronous copy job encounters an error for whatever reason, only the bot is told about it, and so it tends to take a while for anyone to be able to figure out what's happening.

Both the CI Train (cupstream2distro) and the CI Airline (ubuntu-ci-services-itself) should use the sponsored= parameter to copyPackage for bot-performed copies, passing a real person who should be notified. Separately, Launchpad should add the sponsored person to the list of people it notifies of errors in the asynchronous job.
