Unity7 shortcut hint needs to be closed in otto testrunners

The new unity7 show-shortcut-hint-on-first-startup might interfere with the tests.

~/.cache/unity/first_run.stamp needs to be touched for this to go away.

The fix is incorrect, since target-override is installed as root, ~ubuntu/.cache is created as root too and breaks otto because the ubuntu user can't log anymore.

I've tested a different fix in otto itself at: http://s-jenkins.ubuntu-ci:8080/job/autopilot-testrunner-otto-trusty-vila/4/console where tests pass while the hints window wasn't displayed (checked with the kvm).

The fact that the tests also passed at http://s-jenkins.ubuntu-ci:8080/job/autopilot-testrunner-otto-trusty-vila/3/console without the otto fix but the hints window was displayed.
