Bug Description

Ubuntu rssreader app build jobs need to reflect the name change to shorts app. So the autopilot test suite, project name, etc is shorts-app now instead of ubuntu-rssreader-app. The lp branch remains the same as lp:ubuntu-rssreader-app.

Namely update;
project_name -> shorts-app
test_suite -> shorts_app

The job names will be unchanged as these are based on the branch name. If the project is being renamed, the branch should be renamed to match, correct?

Until the branch is renamed, all I can do is update the job to rename the test suite.

Francis, I'm not sure if the branch will be renamed, but yes, the test suite has been changed, thank you.
