Should apt-get autoremove after installing packages in -ci jobs

Bug Description
When a dependency change would cause a package to be removed from the image, -ci won't catch that issue, because no packages are removed as part of the ci run.
It'd be good to apt-get autoremove to help identify dependency issues.
