Bug Description
Since the move, the Matrix Reloaded page which we used to be able to use to retry failed autopkgtests isn't available any more for unauthenticated users on d-jenkins.
Is there a supported way for developers to do this now?
Ideally any interface would be open to all developers who can upload the package (the old one required access to internal jenkins which isn't ideal)
