Bug Description
In the near future, autopilot tests will begin porting to support and use python3-autopilot. Until then, they need to keep using python-autopilot. We need to support the testing of both types of suites, ideally without having to change the test setup every time a suite is ported.
Timeline is to begin after autopilot 1.4 is landed in trusty.
