Bug Description

Linux kernel update 5.15.0 on Ubuntu 20.04 fails to boot on Dell OptiPlex 7090 with AMD Radeon RX550 Graphics card. Issues are as following

1. After installation there is no display from AMD grahics card. I had to change to bult in Intel grahics card. Even after that I get followinfg message when booting

snd_hda_intel 0000:01:00.1: can't change power state from d0 to d3hot (config space inaccessible)
snd_hda_codec_hdmi hdaudioc1d0: unable to sync register 0x2f0d00. -5
snd_hda_intel 0000:01:00.1: corb reset timeout#2, corbrp = 65535

2. The system does not poweoff or, restart normally. shows same message as above and remain unresponsive. In order to reboot forced hardware intervention is required ( holding to power button).

3. I have resolved the issue by reverting to last kernel 5.14.0-1058-oem
