Sound + Mic Not Work with recommended 20.04 LTS + 5.6.0-1032-oem kernel

Bug Description
My Tiger Lake audio and mic did not work with the 20.04 LTS, running the 5.6.0-1032-oem kernel - the only fix I have found has been to install Jammy Jellyfish 22.04 LTS , which updates the kernel to 5.15.0-39-generic.
After re-genning the laptop with that OS and kernel, I had to change Settings->Sound by selecting the correct devices in the drop-down list as the default options for the mic and camera were not correct.
Everything was hunky dory then. Please update the page for this laptop as I know many, many others experienced loss of sound and mic (potentially even camera) with the 20.04 LTS and 5.6.0.-1032-oem suggested options.
