Binary package hint: ubiquity
"minimal server mode" asks for keyboard settings.
Ideally this probably isn't needed as the only interaction is likely to be virtual (VNC/Qemu/Xen) or SSH.

I think suitable preseeding facilities exist for this already, so we should just need to use them. I'd like confirmation from the server team, as I don't use this mode myself much. Subscribing Thierry for his input.
