/.disk/ cleanup on isos: netboot, desktop, addon

Some cleanup should be done on the contents of /.disk/:

The netboot iso doesn't contain a /.disk/ at all; it'd be useful for it to contain a /.disk/info similar to other isos at a minimum so that the build version can be identified for troubleshooting at minimal expense in iso size expansion.

All other isos contain a useful /.disk/info; however the desktop and addon isos do not contain a /.disk/cd_type; this is less useful but should probably be made to consistently exist across all isos or dropped entirely. For reference, the current alternate and server cd images contain "full_cd/single" and the dvd images contain "dvd/single" in /.disk/info (with the exception of ubuntustudio, which is dvd sized but treated as an alternate cd).

I haven't looked at the ubuntu-mobile or ubuntu-mid images to see what they contain.

Bear in mind that all of this stuff is parsed by the installer; it's not just for human consumption. Changes need to be made with great care.

Sure. I'm just trying to make the existence of those files more visible
to the iso testers so that when bugs are reported, more information can
be included to help reproduce the problem (and verify that the reporter's
claims about what image they're testing is accurate). Given where we are
in the release cycle, it can wait for the Jaunty cycle; had I been able
to set the importance, it would have been "Wishlist".
