Live CD does not appear when installing on Macbook

When booting my macbook pro with the beta of Intrepid inserted the CD ejects instead of showing up as a choice to select so I can install the beta of intrepid on my macbook. Hardy is already on one of my partitions and works fine. I have a Macbook Pro (Santa Rosa).

I suppose this must be some problem with CD image construction, although I don't know what it might be.

Are you trying to install it on a Mac or just launch the live CD? You
will not want to install it on the Mac without help--there are some
things you need to know first. I will bring a disk Thursday.
