Ubuntu images for Jetson don't use the ubuntu image name convention

Bug Description

The daily image (https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/nvidia-tegra/ubuntu-server/jammy/daily-preinstalled/current/) names don’t match the release (https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/jammy/release/nvidia-tegra/) ones (jammy-preinstalled-server-arm64+tegra-jetson instead of ubuntu-22.04-preinstalled-server-arm64+tegra-jetson). This makes the release process difficult to manage, as discussed with @Utkarsh Gupta and @Paride Legovini ). We should better rename it

I don’t know which tool is creating the image artifacts, that’s probably something done by a script on cdimage after livecd-rootfs execution, since the image definition (https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu-images/tree/ubuntu-server-tegra-jetson.yaml?h=jammy) uses the proper naming scheme…
